Here in Cumberland County, we honor and celebrate our nation’s finest year-round. While the patriotic federal holidays are significant occasions, we also take every opportunity to pay homage to our own 50K+ active-duty military members, 486+ Purple Heart recipients, 60 Gold Star families, etc. Use these dates of significance as a simple reminder to say “thank you” to those who have served and sacrificed for our great nation.
