FTCC Hosts North Carolina’s only regionally-focused summit
Greater Fayetteville, NC – Sustainable Sandhills’ 3rd Annual Clean Energy Summit expanded its footprint to two days to accommodate requests for a day devoted to business and government needs. The summit is held March 10-11 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC). FTCC is the sponsor for this event.
“March 10 is our ‘Government and Business Day’ and we focus on businesses interested in investing in renewable energy and government policy,” says event organizer Denise Bruce. “The second day of the conference is for homeowners and individuals interested in clean energy.”

- Energy Efficiency
Special events include a vendor fair, community roundtables, two tiny houses, a United Nations Climate Talk Simulation featuring local high school students and a tour of a local solar farm. “I’m especially excited to offer the local solar farm tour,” says Bruce. “Its thanks to our fantastic partners we are able to offer our expanded content and coverage.”
