Fayetteville, NC - The NTBA, which hosts youth basketball tournaments across the United States, scheduled four tournament weekends in Fayetteville. Games are played at Freedom Courts and other community gyms. Planners expect 90 teams to participate in each event.
“We look forward to welcoming players and their families from around North Carolina for these special events,” says John Meroski, Fayetteville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (FACVB) President and CEO. “The projected economic impact on Cumberland County from the series of tournaments is $182,000.”
Games run from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Admission for spectators is $5 to $12.
