By participating in a giveaway or contest ("Promotion") organized by DistiNCtly Fayetteville ("Organizer"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

- Participant Representations
By entering, participants confirm that:
- They are the sole owner of the submitted content and have full rights to license and distribute it.
- The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks.
- Any identifiable persons in the content have given permission for its use.
- The content does not contain illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
- They agree to indemnify and hold harmless DistiNCtly Fayetteville and its affiliates in case of any claim related to the submitted content.
- Limitation of Liability:
- DistiNCtly Fayetteville is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided in relation to the Promotion.
- The Organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or any damage resulting from participation.
- General Conditions:
- DistiNCtly Fayetteville reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary.
- Any attempt to tamper with the Promotion process will result in disqualification.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used for its promotion.
- Governing Law:
